Job Description Structural BIM Lead / Structural BIM Manager
Experience - 10 Years to 15 Years.

ME or M Tech (Civil / Structural)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural BIM Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering with extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- As the Structural BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the BIM team, implementing BIM processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Structural BIM team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define BIM requirements and deliverables for each project.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to integrate their models into the overall BIM environment.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
- Act as a liaison between the BIM team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. - 1
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup,
- Navisworks, and BIM360.
- Experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
- International experience would be a bonus.
