BIM Engineer - MEP/Revit Structure (3-15 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :
The BIM Engineer - MEP will be responsible for :
- Performing BIM modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Collaborating with the project team to prepare accurate and detailed BIM models.
- Reviewing and coordinating BIM models with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Participating in design coordination meetings and resolving conflicts.
Candidate Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should have :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as REVIT and NAVISWORKS.
- Strong knowledge of BIM modeling techniques for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Experience in MEPF design is considered an added advantage.
Required Skills :
- The candidate should possess the following skills:
- BIM Software: REVIT, NAVISWORKS.
- BIM Modelling Skills: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protections.
- MEPF Design Knowledge.
