BIM Modeler - Revit (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents from conceptual sketches and specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for clash detection and design consistency.
- Maintain project standards and ensure models are up-to-date and in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide BIM-related input.
- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and visualizations as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM issues related to modeling, coordination, or software.
