Job Description :
- Develop and implement effective Plumbing and fire protection designs for compliance with national building codes, standards, and regulations
- Designing of Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Sewage Treatment Plant systems, and Rainwater harvesting system
- Preparation of Schematic drawings, Tender drawings, detail design, and IFC drawings. Water Demand Calculation
- Designing the pipe sizing and proper gradient for the drainage system
- Designing the pipe sizing and pressure drop calculation for Hydro-pneumatic and Gravity type water distribution
- Designing drain/pipe sizing and proper gradient for stormwater drainage system
- Calculating the pump head and flow-based system requirement.
- Recharge pit calculation
- Preparation of Plumbing and Firefighting drawings by using Auto CAD and Revit software
- Calculating the Electrical load requirement for the PHE and Firefighting equipment
- Preparation of BOQ for Plumbing and Firefighting services
