BIW Fixture Design Engineer - Manufacturing (2-5 yrs)
- Good experience in CATIA software. Experience in BIW Fixtures-Concept Design,3D Finish, Drafting, Preparation of E-BOM &Deliverables.
- Must have hands on experience on CATIA or Solid works
- Able to perform load calculations and clamp validation.
- Should be well versed BIW Fixture design Standards like FORD,GM,BMW,VW, Volvo, BMW.
- Expert in Understanding the checking process used in BIW fixture design and Developing with the Automotive standards using CATIA tool
- Checking fixtures & inspection fixtures concept design (control plan, inspection plan)
- Should have good knowledge in engineering materials and heat treatment process.
- Basics of Mechanical Engineering with ergonomics study & kinematic movement understanding
- Must have knowledge on manufacturing process & GD-T.
- Should have good knowledge in manufacturing process.
