Blowhorn - Supply Manager (3-6 yrs)

What you will do :

Business Performance:

Responsible for building supply base within the city across all vehicle segments

Develop referral schemes and develop models for organic growth of supply

Bring in Strategic Alliance /Tie ups with Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer/Dealers

Manage virtual fleet. Ensure that operations quality is top-notch by throttling supply to meet demand, optimizing wait times and service levels are uniform.

Record and Maintain data to gain insights on Organic growth, Driver Behaviour and Social Impact on Drivers

Collaborate with other functional and Business Heads

Compliance : 

Ensure alignment of sell rates across all vehicle types

Coordinate with Sales and Supply Team and ensure deployment of vehicles as per Target Date

Ensure alignment on how to pitch within the team (Rates/timing/Trips/Days of operation)

Monitor collection, updation and quality of Driver Roster on a regular basis

Team Management: 

Overall responsible for the recruitment, induction, training and coaching of the supply team

Build awareness on the Company's Vision/Mission and core values amongst the team members

Get regular feedback on the Team and Individual Team members performance and take corrective and improvement measures wherever required.
