Bluecrest - Assistant Manager - Interior/Studio Design (6-8 yrs)
We have career opportunity as Asst.Manager Interior/Studio designer at Mumbai with leading furniture studio.
Responsibility :
- Handle walk-ins and take customer through our Concept.
- Understand customer requirement & co-create designs with customers.
- Guide customers on material selection.
- Ensure timely closure of designing with customers as per sales process
- Create estimates & follow up with customers.
- Close orders and achieve desired sales targets.
- Ensure timely order booking, collections.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
- Visit customer homes for inspection of site jobs.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with site supervisors & workshop.
- Create designs in 3D software and AutoCAD.
- Take completion certificate sign-offs from customers.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS :
Essential Qualification : Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture OR Diploma/B.Sc. in Interior Designing
REQUISITE EXPERIENCE :
- Essential Experience 5+ Years of Interior Designing Experience
- Preferred Experience : Relevant Experience in a similar work environment
Special Skills :
- Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Excel and Google Sketchup
- Excellent creativity in designing & conceptualizing, well versed with designing residential interiors.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to sketch detailed drawing.
