Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in monitor, evaluate, and adjust mechanical systems performance for proper and efficient operation.

- Assist Maintenance staff with maintaining DDC/SCADA systems including Honeywell, Trend & Cylon etc.

- PLCs and other control software interfaces.

- Shall be aware of operation and maintenance of HVAC Systems, Chillers, Air

- Handling Units, Exhaust Fans, Ventilation Fans, Fresh Air Fans Water Pumps and Plumbing System.

- Electrical Lighting control system, irrigation system.

- Provides technical guidance and support including set-up, verification, operation and troubleshooting complex building automation and control systems.

- Provides technical instruction and training to other technicians and personnel on basis theory, proper system operations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, typical system failures and corrections.

- Familiar with instrumentation and calibration techniques, typical system failures and corrections.

- Provides recommendation on equipment/system operation and modification for energy conservation, efficiency, and reliability.

- Must have experience in installation and implementation of DDC building control systems including programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.

- Must possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex building automation systems.

- Must also have excellent communication skills and a high level of self-confidence with the ability to work independently.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience in advanced operation of DDC software and components, Variable

- Frequency drives (VFD) etc.

- Knowledge of pressure switches, pressure sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, differential pressure switches is essential.

- Monitoring operation of Generators, elevators, lifts etc.

Education:UG -Diploma - Any Specialization, Electronics/Telecommunication
