Job Description :
- Basic Knowledge of tractor / vehicle systems and its applications.
- Design of Sheet metal (body panel), plastic & trims, rubbers parts, etc.
- Basic knowledge of QFD, benchmarking, etc
- 3-D layout and 2D drawing preparation and interface checking
- Knowledge of design tools like DFMEA, DFM,DFA, DFS & GD&T
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing process for sheet metal, plastic parts.
- Understanding Assembly and Serviceability requirement of tractors
- Co-ordination for mock and proto building in concept approval
- GD&T knowledge with tolerance stack up
- Participate in CFT meetings for understanding and resolving issues
Education :
- B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical
- Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech - Mechanical
