Body SDS & Exteriors Strength Analysis (4-6 yrs)
- Modeling of Sheet metal parts, Spot -Seam weld modeling, 1D connections
- Experience in Plastic Parts Meshing, connections
- Responsible for all baseline System level /Vehicle level analysis (Body CAE-Durability & Exteriors CAE) using Nastran, Abaqus and Ls-dyna).
- Exteriors CAE: Able to perform Bumper Fascia strength assessment & Low speed Damageability analysis.
- Body CAE: Durability :-Able to run independently the system design specification analysis and full vehicle road load durability for durability.
- Should have meshing exp, analysis exp must, good in software knowledge
- Engineering Basics, Problem solving skills, Communication
Qualifications :
- BE or M.tech ( Mechanical, Automotive, or Any Automotive Stream)
- Relevant Experience or Knowledge in Automotive domain
- Skill: Hypermesh, ANSA, Ls-Dyna, Abaqus, Nastran, Ncode, Teamcenter.
