Boiler In Charge - Maintenance Services (3-7 yrs)
- Provide Guidance to the Boiler maintenance team / subordinates / technicians to maintain equipments in a safe and cost effective manner.
- Supervise the Predictive, Preventive, Break down and Condition based maintenance of boilers.
- Ensure availability of all equipments of boiler area..
- Prepare maintain and analyse report of Boiler tube leakage.
- Develop mechanism to minimize the maintenance cost.
- Monitor healthiness of plant equipments.
- Assist in preparation of Budget.
- Must have knowledge Boiler Pressure Parts Tube design concept, Tube metallurgy, Welding electrodes for different materials procedure, normalization of Boiler tube leakage.
- Provide Training to Associate workers
- Develop a safe environment in work area
- Good Communication skills.
