1) Preparation of Shift Report
2) Daily checklist inspection & filling. Water & Air consumption monitoring by taking readings from various locations
3) 5S of the Shopfloor area, Leakages & spillages arresting
4) Boiler Operation ( 2nd class Boiler operator certificate.
5) Chiller Operation & Maintenance
6) Cooling Tower Operation & Maintenance and effectiveness monitoring
7) Nitrogen plant Operation & Maintenance and effectiveness monitoring
8) Chemical Dosing
9) Compressed Air Network Management
10) WTP Operation & Maintenance and effectiveness monitoring (maintaining & replenishing stock, RO membrane inspection, water parameter testing)
11) DG Operation & Maintenance and effectiveness monitoring
12) Air leakage identifications & arresting. (Air leakage % testing on monthly basis)
13) Steam condensate & auto drain valve of receiver's performance monitoring.
14) Cooling tower & boiler chemical dosing. Stock upkeeping.
15) Thermic fluid heater Operation & maintenance.
