Bombay Shirt Company - Head - Production Operations (6-8 yrs)
Requisites :
- 6+ years of experience
- College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or bachelor's and master's degrees in operations management.
- Apparel Experience and Technical knowledge is a plus.
- Industry relevant production experience.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Attention to Detail

Salary:
- INR 75000/- to INR 100,000/- Gross per month based on experience.
Job Description :
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the Supply Chain - Procurement, Pre-Production, Outsourced Vendors, Post Production, Logistics, Cost Accounting.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, tying together a complex supply chain while adhering to company's strict quality standards.
- Manage a team size of close to 50 individuals across 5 separate units.
- Strong emphasis on reporting and exception management based on the same.
- Responsible for adherence to Supply Chain monthly and yearly budgets.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff.
- Monitor and evaluate performance.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans
