BOPP HEAD

Responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and operations of BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) films, managing production, quality control, engineering, and maintenance, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directly manage and oversee all facets of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, engineering, and safety.

- Ensure efficient production schedules, optimize processes, and meet production targets.

- Maintain high quality standards in all BOPP film production processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.

- Oversee and manage the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Implement strategies to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.

- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and environmental compliance standards within the plant.

- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of plant employees to achieve production goals and improve overall performance.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of plant operations, seeking ways to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Effectively communicate plant priorities and performance requirements to all plant employees and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with 20+ Years of Experience and Strong understanding of BOPP film manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

2. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

3. Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

5. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the BOPP film industry, such as PLC-controlled machines, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

6. Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures, including ISO standards.

7. Understanding of relevant safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.

8. Familiarity with principles and practices of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
