Boson is a Silicon Valley based startup focusing on farm automation. We are working on solving farming/agricultural automation challenges with our electric vehicles and computer vision. We are looking for a highly energetic, enthusiastic & proactive individual for successful administration. You should be proficient in Project Management software with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.


Roles & Responsibilities :


Scheduling : 


- The Personal Admin is responsible for managing the employer's calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings.


Travel arrangements : 


- Need to arrange travel for the employer, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.


Communication : 


- Must serve as the primary point of contact for the employer, managing email and phone correspondence and responding to inquiries.


Organization : 


- Has to organize files, documents, and other materials to ensure that they are easily accessible.


Administrative tasks : 


- Performs various administrative tasks, such as taking minutes in meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and processing expenses.


Personal tasks : 


- Must be responsible for handling personal tasks for the employer, such as managing household staff, running errands, and coordinating social engagements.


Project management : 


- Needs to manage special projects for the employer, such as organizing events, conducting research, or coordinating a move.


Confidentiality : 


- Must maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.


Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.

- Mininimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative services or a related field is required.


- It is advantageous to have additional education, certifications, or experience.


- Accounting principles and bookkeeping software knowledge may be required.


- Knowledge of office technology and equipment, such as computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, and so on.


- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


- Capable of multitasking which is proactive and organized.


- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities.


- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor,and a friendly, clear phone voice.


- Performs tracking and distributes monthly travel reports.
