Job Description
We are looking for someone who can provide work planning and implementation for end-to-end product development right from concept/design till testing and evaluation. Directing projects as per budgets and delivery time-lines
Brief synopsis of your role and responsibility:
- Highly motivated and self-driven R&D professional with innovation fuelled approach and up to date with latest trends in product innovation
- Ability to create a strong pipeline of innovation projects
- Must have a track record of managing and delivering with large team setups and interacting with counterparts
- Prior experience of leading end-to-end innovative product development teams with a diverse product portfolio.
- Manage overall team development in terms of functional and managerial skills while tracking team performance
- Lead and create a pipeline of product innovations after competition bench-marking and collaboration with the design centre with significant business impact.
- Drive the implementation of project engineering tools and techniques like :
Candidate Profile :
- Product Development Experience with a strong Mechanical Engineering background
- Must be a team player and possess the ability to work proactively and in deadline-driven environment.
