- Conduct specialized testing to evaluate product performance, quality, and failure modes of circuit protection devices.

- Hands-on experience working with high-voltage and high-current equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and procedures.

- Solid knowledge of electronic components and test equipment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electronics or Test Technician, including equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Skilled in solving mathematical problems, interpreting electrical schematics, and troubleshooting basic electronic circuits.

- Proficient in the use of test equipment such as power supplies, digital multimeters, soldering tools, and general hand tools.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for test documentation and reporting.

- Strong understanding and practical application of Ohm's Law and other basic electrical principles in testing and analysis.

- Operates a variety of electronic, mechanical, and environmental test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, thermal imaging cameras, as well as in-house systems such as surge generators, AC sources, and other computerized test setups.

- Perform detailed failure analysis on customer returns, inspection failures, defective components, or new product evaluations using physical, electrical, chemical, thermal, X-ray, or disassembly methods, where applicable.
