Brake System Professional (6-8 yrs)
Qualification (Technical & Behavioral) :
- BE/Btech Mechanical 6 to 8 years
- Design and development experience in Discbrake (2W/ 4W)
- Good communicator, good listener, team player
Skill Sets :
1. Experience in brake system (Two/ Three/ Four Wheeler) or automotive mechnical part design.
2. Hands on experience in Creo modelling
3. Knowledge on Casting, plastic, aluminium die casting, sheet metal, plating, hardening & machining parts design and development
4. Experience in material & process selection against product requirement.
5. Experience BOM preparation and part cost calculation.
6. Experience in problem solving skill & good analytical ability.
7. Knowledge on various machining & surface treatment process and supplier interaction experience for NPD part development.
8. Knowledge of assembly process design & development against our product requirement.
9. Experience in PLM like Windchill, APQP & PPAP process and also IATF 16949.
10. Experience in VAVE approach and Bench marking activities of compititors Disc brake products
11. Basic knowledge in SAP
12. Work collaboratively with CFT including Quality, Materials & Operations.
