Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager/Spare Parts Manager to oversee operations at our Faridabad location. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Hyundai spare parts, practical expertise in DPOS software, and a strong background in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Spare Parts Management : Ensure smooth operations for inward, outward, and logistics of spare parts.
Billing & Documentation : Oversee billing processes and maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
Inventory Control : Manage stock levels, conduct audits, and optimize inventory to meet demand.
Software Expertise : Utilize DPOS software efficiently for managing spare parts operations.
Team Leadership : Supervise and train the team to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Vendor Coordination : Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Customer Service : Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution for maximum satisfaction.
Branch Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
