Job Description - Position Title: Technical Services Officer - Exports & New Business
Function : New Business
Key Stakeholders :
Internal : Internal Business Supply Chain, Central Planning Manager, Head Replenishment, Regional Planning Manager, Regional Manufacturing Manager, Brand Managers, Regional Commercial Finance Manager, Regional Planning Team, Regional Manufacturing Team, Customer Service Officers, R&D team, Central Purchase team.
External : CPs, FSSAI and the like authorities,
Educational Qualification : Graduation/ Engineer graduate any discipline from Class A Institution.
Experience : Around 5 to 6 years work experience is best suited
Desired Competencies :
- Good understanding of industrial FMCG manufacturing 
- Good Communication skills 
- Computer knowledge of MIS compilation and reporting. 
- Self motivated & performance driven. High on execution. 
Key Responsibilities :
- Export Manufacturing service
- Get to solve local complexities in Export business. Do extensive follow-up on task listing for driving indents servicing.
- New Products Follow-up and Execution
- Do matrix co-ordination with cross function responsibility. 
- Deliver products within timelines. 
- Make full servicing to requirement of BHS business.
- Create & Manage Budgets
- Preparation of BHS and Exports cost budget.
Other Responsibilities : 
- Implementing good practices across units. 
- Taking up plans for cost reduction. 
- Help R&D in trials of NPDs.
