Grade - Officer Grade IV
Experience : 5 - 10 Years
Educational : Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech /B.E in Mechanical Engineering

Interdependencies :
Internal : Production, Over all equipment Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Planed Maintenance Counter measure of Break down.
Primary Roles Maintenance Officer :
Prime responsibilities :
- Defective and wrapper wastage control
- Attending of packing machine break downs and supporting to electrical break downs to set right the plant ASAP
- Conditions monitoring of packing machines and whenever required online lubrication has to be done
- Ensuring all machineries guards fixed in proper conditions
- Daily shift log book has to be written and proper oral /written communication has to be given to the reliever
- Steps has to be taken for utilising old repairable spares
Associate responsibilities :
- Participating in the ISO audits, Test verification and certification Validations etc.
- In idle time spares/standby equipment to be made in ready conditions
- Involved developmental activities to minimizing equipment down times
- Timely information has to be given to spares requirement
- Supporting to maintain the CLRI
- Special care has to be taken to achieve the defective reduction and wrapper wastage & breakdowns targets
- Online and offline Preventive maintenance to be done
