Position: BTS Engineer
Experience: 0-4 Year
Qualification: Diploma /Degree/ ITI (EEE/ECE)

Job Responsibility:
- All the O&M activities for the proper functioning of the sites.
- Offline and online Port Mapping Calibration .
- Timely rectification of all service affecting alarms .
- Handling and extension of all environmental alarms.
- Handling of all BTS connectivity via Ethernet .
- Maintenance of ring fiber.
- Analysis of all daily reports to bring up the network
- Hardware management.
- Visibility of all NE/ nodes. And maintenance of m/w.
- RF optimization for better network coverage.
