Build Manager (5-9 yrs)
- Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years of Professional work experience is required.
- Excellent command over English language (writing, speaking and listening).
- Experience within the UK Telecommunications industry, with 5+ years is desirable. Can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
- Working knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations
- Knowledge of Construction techniques Rules, regulations, laws and bi-laws both English and EU; applicable to the
- Construction Industry
- Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience in the same (or similar) role
- Experience of installation and commissioning on BTS/Node B equipment with variety of vendors, preferably extending to optimization and integration
- Personnel & Client relationship management
- Commercial awareness - Costing and benchmarking
- H&S Management for monthly reporting
- Administrating and managing framework agreements with Sub-Contractors
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including, word, excel and outlook with a good understanding of databases
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Flexible & professional approach to work and be a team player
- Self-motivated, confident & organized
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Ability to handle heavy workload & competing priorities
