Roles and Responsibilities :
- Must have experience in Interior Design of RESIDENTIAL projects preferably
- Outline client design objectives
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
- Source materials and products included in plans
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met
- Proficiency in any software : Autocad, Sketchup, Vray, Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion
Good to have :
- Having material knowledge
- Should be aware of material prices - market rates and specifications
- Ability to deal with clients and vendors
- Finalizing the contractor with scope of work and rate finalization with good negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Kannada
