Building Architect - Industrial & Non-Industrial Design (7-10 yrs)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Graduation in Architecture. (B. Arch)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the related field after Post Graduation. In detail knowledge of AUTO-CAD, 3D Sketup, Revitt, Etc.is essential along with technical knowhow.
Key Accountabilities :
- Basic and Detail Architectural design or preparation of inputs and checking of architectural & finishing detailing (i.e.- Industrial & non- industrial buildings, warehouses, workshop, water tank & pump house, gate complex canopies, structures for electrical & utility, Structures related to liquid projects, weigh bridge, CSR works and other structures.)
- Co-ordination, input preparation or collection of inputs within the HOWE engineering or site teams.
- Input preparation for out sourcing of projects for detail engineering to consultants.
- Review and checking of concept, design, layouts, codal criteria & Industrial norms and drawings submitted by consultants or vendor.
- Review and checking of architectural & finishing BOQs submitted by consultants or vendor.
- Review and checking of architectural & finishing BOQs prepared by QS for internal estimation.
- Internal documentation and preparation of specifications for various buildings.
