An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, creative Director Structures to join Hyderabad team working on local and international projects

The purpose of this role is to deliver a step change in performance across the Structures team and the office in general through close support to the Country Director and Group Director. This will be achieved through:

Key Objectives :

- Exceptional leadership of individuals, the structural discipline and the Hyderabad Office as a whole

- Dynamic and determined commitment to work winning and commercial performance, stretching boundaries and breaking new ground

- Maintaining and developing the highest standards of technical quality; continuously developing the department through innovation and creativity aligned with the global company vision

- Strong technical presence in office to whom discipline members can refer to

Required Experience :

- Experienced technical and commercial leader; track-record of exceptional delivery over a sustained period within the industry (typically 18+ years).

- Chartered Engineer with international institutions (CEng MIStructE, CEng MICE, CPEng MIEAust etc)

- Must have a proven ability to deliver sustainability in a senior role within the locality.

- Must have worked on international projects.

- Must be proficient in a global matrix organisation

- Must have excellent command on business communication.

Desirable Experience :

- Multiple stints in international working environments

- Likely to have proven success across the region; capable of thinking outside of own patch to drive performance improvement for the benefit of the Region, and a broader group

- Approved Structural Engineer by key authorities.

Required Qualifications and Accreditations:

- Civil Engineering Degree, with preferred post-graduate qualifications and must be supported by professional - Chartered Engineering- membership with preferred International Engineering Institution.

- Demonstrates a sound grasp of business; technical qualifications preferably supplemented by an MBA and/or a Business/Finance Diploma
