Buyer - Apparels Industry (2-6 yrs)

Role Description :
- Know the Trends : Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize
- Know the competition : Understand on-line and off-line players. Ensures CV's assortment remains ahead of the competition
- Vendor Management, discuss the terms of business with the vendor - products, returns, ordering
- Own buying cost improvement
- Own fill rate at overall and category level for all offline stores across India ( EBOs, MBOs and SIS)1
- Manage and lead team of buyers
- Work with central planning team to plan both short and long term and for the seasons ( AW, SS)
- Need someone with high level of ownership and brilliant execution on the ground.
Please note :
- Candidates with below mentioned criteria will be considered
- Should be from ethnic - woman apparel background (must criteria)
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience into
- Buying (Profiles into sourcing and merchandising experience will not be considered)
- Profiles with 80% Buying and 20% sourcing will be considered.
Experience required : 2 to 6+ years
