Job Description :

Position : Buyer / Chaser Indirect Purchase

Job Description :

- Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan according to production plan.

- To ensure smooth running of production and other process through on-time delivery of cost-effective material of the desired quality & quantity.

- Obtain and analyze supplier's quotations and award business based on quality, service and lowest ultimate cost to the Company.

- Periodically conducting review of purchase contracts to identify and eliminate variances.

- Develop and maintain sources of supply based on reliability, financial responsibility, technical competence and adequate capacity.

- Cost Reduction through Negotiation/Alternate Sourcing/Alternate product.

- Price Settlement with supplier and Ensure timely price increase/decrease settlement

- Annual Rate Contracts for regular consumable, maintenance spares, packaging items and Services.

- Monitors statutory compliance with regulatory issues where necessary.

- Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.

- Co-ordination for all activities related to Scrap Disposal.

- Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.

Desire Profile :

Qualification Candidate must Be Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production).

- Experience : 2-3 yrs

- Salary 20-25 k per month

Location : Dewas

- He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

- Good communication skills.
