C2H - PDMS Piping (4-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience preferably in ATF/Pharma sector.
- Expert level knowledge in using PDMS/P3D/Revit for equipment modeling and piping modelling.
- Superior command over Revit
- Experience in process piping design and ability to understand P & ID and able to develop piping layout independently
- Hands on experience on usage of Navis Review
- Should have good working knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI etc.)
- Familiar with ASME-BPE standards
Responsibilities :
- 3DModelling of Fermenter and Bio-reactor systems, Filtration systems, CIP skids, Process vessel systems for bio-process applications including clean and black utilities in accordance with ASME BPE.
- Preparation of Equipment General arrangement drawings including sectional elevations
- Preparation of Isometrics & fabrication Drawings.
- Preparation of final piping detail drawings for IFA (Issue for Approval), IFT (Issue for tendering) and IFC (Issue for Construction.
- Extraction of MTOs from PDMS/Plant 3D and generation of manual MTO from 2D Drawings
- Communication with team Lead, team members & inter discipline coordination
- Participating in internal & external model review as required
- Guiding the trainee designers
