CAM Programmer (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to do CNC program using CAM tools preferably Work NC. Experience with other tools such as Mastercam, Power MILL etc. can be considered
- Experience with CNC programming.
- Hands-on experience working with VMC is preferable
- Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, Tapping, and other processes
- Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
- Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Prepare the correct document for loading raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Verification to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Finished path and compare them with requirements (check list) to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Proven experience as CNC milling operator for over 2 years
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Good oral and written English language skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
