CAM Programmer - Unigraphics/GD&T (2-10 yrs)
Skills :
- Good 2D drawing and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Good machine tool, programming and collision check knowledge in CNC Multi Axis - Mill Turn/3 axis machine ( Fanuc/Siemens/ Heidenhain ).
- Working knowledge of cutting tool parameters for hardened steel, Aluminum alloys and Hi-temperature alloys.
- Knowledge in advanced metal cutting program strategies to arrive optimized cycle time and tool list.
- CNC machine program analyzes, troubleshooting & cycle time optimization skills.
- Multi axis machine set up and holding fixture knowledge to arrive at optimized machine setup.
Education & Experience :
- DME/B.E with minimum 8 years experience in CAM programming using Unigraphics/Espirt/DELCAM software
- Minimum 2 yrs of precision machine shop experience will be preferred
