CAMO Manager - Aviation (7-12 yrs)

- Oversee technical records: Manage and maintain all technical records, ensuring they are protected from damage or loss and are compliant.
- Manage maintenance programs: Develop and administer maintenance programs, including scheduling, to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities: Coordinate scheduled maintenance, inspections, and the application of airworthiness directives (ADs) and service bulletins (SBs) to ensure all work is performed correctly.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Guarantee that all modifications and repairs are approved and carried out to an approved standard.
- Handle reporting: Report maintenance occurrences, defects, and other relevant information to the relevant authorities, such as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
- Manage the CAMO team: Supervise and manage the airworthiness engineering team, identify their training needs, and ensure ongoing competence and compliance with procedures.
- Manage quality system: Establish and monitor a quality system to ensure all procedures are followed and airworthiness standards are maintained.
