Carbynetech - Instrumentation Engineer (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, actuators, flowmeter etc.).
- Support and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent).
- Configure and maintain Kepware servers for data collection from industrial equipment. (Will be an added advantage )
- Assist in integrating OT data with the Azure cloud platform
- Conduct site visits to implement and support instrumentation and automation solutions. (Mandatory)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation for instrumentation layouts, wiring, PLC logic, and data flow.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Exposure to SCADA/HMI systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 0- 2 years of experience in industrial instrumentation or automation roles.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various manufacturing units.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
