Category Head - Electromechanical (8-11 yrs)

Required skills :

- Hardware (analog & digital) Design, heating elements, PCB / EMI EMC / Mixed Signal

- Hands on Design and implementation experience of Digital, Analog hardware in NPD, VAVE (value analysis & value engineering), sustenance projects

- Schematics & PCB layout Hands on experience is necessary

- Implement High speed, Analog, Digital, Low power, Mixed Signal, RF (radio frequency) Designs, heating element and related sensors

- Have experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity, Thermal Analysis

- Review and implement designs and provide guidance for HW design

- Proficiency and hands on Knowledge in all Prominent Industry standard tools for hardware design, hardware Microprocessor and Microcontroller families, Development Platforms, PCB (printed circuit board) Layout, Regulatory standards etc

- Shall have hands-on experience on EMI (electronic-magnetic interference) & EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), Safety Experience (Like Hi-Pot, ESD, Surge EFT, Radiated & conducted Immunity, Radiated & conducted Emissions, at least few of these tests )

- Experience in Reliability requirements e.g DFMEA (design failure mode effect and analysis), WCA (worst case analysis), MTBF (mean time between failure), etc.

- Review designs and value add in terms of cost, reliability, stability of design

- Working as a category head on manufacturing industry must have knowledge of heating elements, PCB/ EMI EMC/ mixed signal.

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics (Mandatory)
