ROLE TITLE: Manager -  Technical Mixing
REPORTS TO: Sr. Mgr. - Technical LOCATION: DATE:
JOB PURPOSE: To provide technical support for the manufacturing process in the designated area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
R & D
1. PROCESS & PRODUCT :
-  Responsible for all the technological activities at the designated area
-  Product performance
-  Product quality improvement
-  Process developmental activities
-  System implementation, monitoring and control
2. TECHNICAL ECONOMY:
-  Product specification optimization in the designated area
3. CLAIMS & LOSSES:
-  Monitor products in order to bring in continuous improvement, and keep claims and losses to a minimum
4. SELECTION OF RAW MATERIAL SOURCES:
-  Conducting trials for the development of new sources for the existing and alternate raw material.
5. TECHNICAL & QUALITY TASKS:
-  Provide technical know-how to the designated area
