Centrifugal Casting Plant In charge (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Centrifugal Casting Plant Incharge to manage and oversee the complete operations of a high-performance centrifugal casting plant. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of centrifugal casting processes, plant supervision, production planning, and equipment handling, along with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- The role involves managing day-to-day plant activities, ensuring production targets are achieved with consistent quality, and maintaining operational discipline.
- The Plant Incharge will supervise plant personnel, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless coordination between production, maintenance, quality, and planning teams.
- A key responsibility is to develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity through process optimization and best manufacturing practices.
- The candidate will monitor and control production costs, identify areas for savings, and ensure all operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements.
- Regular inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and timely resolution of production bottlenecks are integral to this role. The position also requires staying updated with new technologies, machine upgrades, and industry advancements to recommend process improvements.
