CEO/Unit Head - Engineering & Castings (16-28 yrs)
WE REQUIRED CEO / Unit Head for Engineering & Castings at Nagpur.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to Head our sister concern Unit - M/s.Neco Heavy Engineering & Castings Ltd. The Unit has an independent Foundry and Fabrication Shop, with an installed capacity in excess of 1200 MT & 500 MT respectively.
The incumbent will be heading the Unit and will be designated as CEO / Vice President, based on his experience and knowledge.
Compensation:
The compensation would vary with the Candidate's calibre, experience & suitability for the profile. But for indicative purpose, Rs.18 lacs / annum shall be the minimum CTC for the Candidate. Kindly note that the CTC shall be inclusive of all the facilities like Company Car, House, misc. expenses, etc.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Management Degree and exposure at Senior Level with basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting & Commercials.
Gender preference: Male / Female
Industry preference: Cast Iron & Ductile Iron Industry, Steel Industry having experience of Casting and Fabrication jobs.
