Supply Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities include :
- Analyze and troubleshoots supply chain processes i.e. materials management, co-packing operations
- Helps to resolve supply-related delays, obstacles, conflicts and product supply issues
- Creates and maintains innovation project timelines
- Monitors and scorecards project milestones
- Monitors and reports weekly production, deployment and Out Of Stock (OOS) performance
- Develops and maintains capacity planning tools and weekly reports
- Plans and communicates material requirements to packaging and suppliers
- Assists plant staff with scheduling and supply-related issues
- Provides coverage for Supply Planners
- Drives improvement with Innovation execution
- Optimizes sourcing
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering or Business with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management skills
- High proficiency with MS Office products particularly MS Excel
- Good communication skills
