Certeza - Senior Buyer/Buyer (4-10 yrs)
Category Buyers will be responsible completing purchasing process and ensuring contract closures with accurate documentation.
Specific requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ensure comprehensiveness of Purchase Requisition/ Specification Documents.
- Follow and execute the category strategy for the sourcing of items and develop RFQs.
- Liaise with suppliers during source to contract.
- Conduct supplier evaluation process to shortlist suppliers / sub-contractors, under the guidance of the Lead Buyer.
- Record Commercial Bid clarifications and support technical team on queries / deviations received from suppliers and ensure timely resolution, implementing relevant value improvement levers.
- Place purchase orders and ensure timely release to suppliers.
- Prepare Note for approvals, Award Notes and other commercial documents.
- Provide support in developing Frame agreements and rate contracts.
- Recommend relevant, category specific supplier development activities
- Timely documentation and record keeping post completion of RFX processes.
