CG Power and Industrial Solutions - Application Engineer - AC Drives (4-7 yrs)
BE - Electrical/Electronic
- Knowledge of hardware construction of AC drives and function of various parts in VFD.
- Hands on experience on programming / parameterization of AC drives.
- Experience of commissioning AC drives on applications like winder, wire drawing, winches, paper mills, textile looms, CNC machines, pumps etc.
- Knowledge of functional block diagrams (FBD) of VFDs
- Process knowledge of various VFD applications in sugar plant, power plant, water and waste water, CNC machines, textile industry, metal & forging industry
- Experience in fault finding, troubleshooting and repair of VFDs.
- Experience of site installation including motor, cables, control and instrumentation
