Qualification : BE/ B Tech/ M Tech in Electronics / telecommunications

- Experience 7 to 13 years in relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Should have extensive experience in After Sales function of installation& commissioning of drives & PLC, DCS Should be proficient in Problem solving skills.
2. Should have excellent networking & relations with customers & should have worked in system house of reputed PLC / DCS & Drives suppliers.
Should have experience of 2-3 years & should have installed minimum 10 PLC /DCS
3. Lead After Sales Service team & provide necessary technical guidance whenever required.
4. Maintain regular contact with Railway officials in loco sheds & obtain feedback regarding product quality & service.(capture VoC).
5. Monitor& close customer complaints within defined timelines.
6. Ensure a robust infrastructure of After Sales team across India including competent engineers/technicians, necessary tools, tackles & spares.
7.Work closely in co-ordination with Sales & Materials department to generate enquiries / Purchase Orders from Loco sheds.
8.Should have very good communication skills; both - verbal & written.
9.Should be able to co-ordinate with Design, Quality functions & Production functions for in-
depth analysis of failures at site. He should be able to prepare CAPA along with quality function.
10.Organise training programs for Customer personnel as well as in-house personnel.
11.Monitor& Control After Sales budget. Ensure optimum utilisation of resources.
12.Should keep himself abreast of current technological advancements & trends.
13.Should be able to obtain competitors information & activities from sites.
