Chemical Process Engineer/ Manager
- Develop, inspect, and improve industrial processes in manufacturing industries to transform raw materials into finished products.
- To optimise processes and controls and ensure that the manufacturing plants operate efficiently.
- Conducts research, analyzes data, and designs solutions to improve production processes and equipment & work on minimizing waste, increasing product quality, and implementing safety procedures and increase the quality of finished products.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, run simulations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitoring and testing processes and products found in all phases of production.
- Designing, planning, and implementing the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs.
- Staying up to date with new and emerging manufacturing processes.
- Creating and presenting cost analysis reports to upper management.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE Chemical with Minimum 8+ years of experience as a process engineer in a chemical manufacturing environment.
2. Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
3. Proficient in process analysis, process modelling, statistical analysis and simulation software.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
5. Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
