Job Responsibilities :

- Team Leader to Head and lead independently the team of engineering services related to Glass Making Facility from Raw material storage to finished storage warehouse.

- Utility services all associated facility concerning Predictive / scheduled/preventive maintenance of complete plant facility pertains to Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Civil / other related infrastructure and services.

- Participation and Contribution to forming and Job planning. Spare parts planning / optimum utilization and quality check of material in minimizing breakdown / developing the right vendors

- Implementing best operating practices and utilizes / train / develop existing manpower to optimum capacity.

- Continuous improvement.

- Responsible for Mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation operations.

- Reporting to VP Technical

The incumbent should have at least 15 years (Diploma) / 10 yrs. (BE/B.Tech.) experience in Glass manufacturing industry.

Educational Requirements:

The candidate selected should be Full time BE /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from Recognized University.
