Chief Engineer - Plant Equipment Commissioning - Cement Industry (3-18 yrs)

Job Description :
Experience : 3 to 18 years.
- Good Knowledge of cement process and cement plant operation pyro and mills. Leadership Quality & Decision making capacity
- Analytical skills.
- Preferable experience in cement plant commissioning/operation/process audit & design.
- Extensive travelling is required to different places/countries.
Good communication skill and attitude.
Co-ordination with internal and global teams.
Team Work and Motivation.
Quality Focus.
Responsibility :
1) Planning & Co-ordination with other departments.
2) Leading a group of engineers
3) Commissioning of cement plant equipment's & Process calculations
4) Operation of the mills, HRP & Pyro system
5) Trouble shooting of equipments
6) Problem Analysis and providing solution
7) Attend technical meetings with customer.
8) Plant process audit.
Required knowledge/competencies :
Cement plant process knowledge/operation/trouble shooting/analytical skills/teamwork/presentation skills/influencing & conflict resolution/good communication/quality focus
Location : Chennai
Organization : Client (Chennai, India)
Mode of hiring : Permanent with Client
