Chief Executive Officer - BOT Road Holding Company (20-30 yrs)

Indicative Requirements:

- Engineering qualification will be preferred

- Candidate should have managed and led the operations of road BOT projects for national highways

- Candidate should have a excellent working relations with stakeholders of road BOT companies including banks, NBFCs, investors and NHAI

- Should have excellent knowledge of operations, maintenance and tolling of BOT road projects

- Should have excellent understanding of the regulatory requirements with regard the business

- Strong leadership skills - experience of successfully leading teams in an infrastructure asset company

- Strong fiscal controls and fund raising skills

- Experience of managing banking and investor relationships

- Excellent written as well as oral communication skills

- Highest level of professional and personal honesty, integrity and ethics

- Role would be based in Mumbai

Indicative Responsibilities:

- Ensure legal and statutory compliance for the company and its subsidiaries

- Help the Board determine, monitor and evaluate the company's values, mission and policies

- Management and administration of the company and its subsidiaries

- Take all steps necessary to ensure that the company and its subsidiaries are able to perform all their functions in an effective and efficient manner

- Work with the Board to enable it to fulfil its governance related responsibilities

- To facilitate optimum performance by the Board, its committees and individual Board members

- Maintain a strong fiscal control on the company and its subsidiaries and raise fund as and when necessary

- Formulate, facilitate, maintain and nurture the business relations of company and its subsidiaries with all their stakeholders by using effective communication skills
