We are looking forward to hire a CEO for a 200 plus people strong organisation in Construction Design Consulting based in Noida,
- Looking forward for someone who has handled Leadership Role preferably from Design Background.
- High ability on overall administration experience rather than core finance and accounts profiles. Candidate should have experience of overlooking HR, Admin. & IT functions too.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for creating, planning and integrating the strategic direction of the organization.
- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
- Communicating & implementing the organization's vision and mission.
- Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other team leads and directors.
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends, the external and internal competitive landscape, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards.
