Responsibilities and Tasks in Details

Strategic Maintenance Leadership & KPI Accountability : Demonstrated success in leading maintenance divisions to achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) targets through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Comprehensive Maintenance Oversight : Extensive experience in managing the inspection, upkeep, repair, and strategic planning of critical infrastructure, including track systems, signaling, power, telecoms, and MEP systems ensuring reliable and continuous operations.

Safety-Driven Maintenance Execution : Champions the highest standards of safety in all maintenance operations, aligning with the Safety Management System (SMS) and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities to deliver high-quality, secure rail infrastructure.

Rail Maintenance Expertise & Leadership : Over 20 years of experience in the passenger rail sector, with at least 10 years dedicated to maintenance of key subsystems (e.g., signaling, MEP, traction, track), and 5+ years in senior roles such as Chief Maintenance Officer.

Technical Mastery in Maintenance Practices : 

- Combines advanced engineering education with deep knowledge of multidisciplinary rail maintenance, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

 - Promotes LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
