Chief Manager/AGM - Technical - Civil/Structure (15-20 yrs)
Qualification required : M. Tech (Structures) + B.E. Civil Engineering
Experience required : 15+ years
- Sound Knowledge of Building Construction Cost and its Dynamics
- In depth understanding of Design parameters affecting Cost and Efficiency
- Sound knowledge of Structural Engineering of Multi Storey residential and commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of Indian building quotes with strong understanding of norms related to design cost and material consumption
- Will be responsible for finalization of Optimum cost effective and safe building structures along with providing efficient solutions
- In depth Knowledge of Base material specifications, Test Parameters and approval norms will be highly preferred
- Hands on experience in Str. Design using ETabs, SAFE, RCDC, Stadd Pro V8i, Connect Edition
- Exposure to costing, estimation, and value engineering
- Experience and understanding of Building construction sequence is necessary
- Hands on experience in M.S. Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
