Chief Manager - Sourcing - Process Chemicals/Recycled Material (9-14 yrs)
- Sourcing to replenish regular stock items, viz. process chemicals, recycled material etc.
- Negotiations and finalization of the orders as per the budget / market conditions
- The incumbent should be familiar with the availability of material and the lead time to ensure regular supplies.
- Floating enquires, negotiations, ordering (After approval from Manager - Sourcing), and follow up for supply to get the deliveries as per requirement.
- By planning RM purchases as per PPC projections & timely supply of RM, PC, Packg Material to the plant.
- To replenish regular stock items, viz. RM,PC, pkg material and stores and spares.
- Assign ordering/tracking/follow up jobs to Dealing persons of Purchase to ensure timely supply of material to plant.
- Ensures that the incoming and issued material is booked properly in Oracle
- System by the stores incharge, such that at any point of time there is no difference between Oracle and physical stock.
- Negotiation with the vendors for recycled chips and process chemicals and getting the orders placed for timely delivery of material at both the plants
