Chief Manufacturing Officer - Automobile Sector (20-25 yrs)
Must have served as a Production Member, Line Supervisor and Production Manager of Mass Production Lines for the initial 15 years at least, preferably in a large reputed company in Automobile Sector - Final Assy / Component Mfg.,or Engineering equipment,or White Goods with proven track record of the following deliverable :
1) Consistently Delivering (everyday) 'Quality' Production Output against Plan ( numbers & quality should be the DNA )
2) Naturalized bend of Engineering mind to constantly improve Process and Productivity with the intent of reducing wastage and cost (this aspect has to be strongly assessed)
3) Proven credentials in People Management of large teams - at least 500 direct employees including Managers, Supervisors and Line workers.
4) Strong Planning and Execution capabilities
5) Ability to 'hands on' handle ( setting and troubleshooting ) Complex machines of different Varieties from Conventional Machines to SPMs
6) To guide a team of Maintenance Engineers and ensure nil downtime of Machines and Equipment on the Production Line on real time.
The core Strength should be in PRODUCTION.
